Vacation

So no updating but will be viciously updating in 2012 so be prepared!

Today

This morning did not hold a ton of promise for a good day.

While preparing breakfast my cat puked three times each time including more stomach vile..bile..acid..whatever..you know what I'm saying (so hard to get out of the carpet).

Next I go to bring the trash canister in to find that the garbage man did NOT pick it up and instead a band of reckless and  probably rabid animals tore it apart. So I spent the next few minutes collecting trash.

With no hopes of the day getting better I get the news below!

My my how things change....

Aja was the first girl I saw be a brute in the ring, she inspired, motivated and drove me to be what I am today.

To say I am excited would be a understatement.

Joshimania could be the last thing I do in wrestling and I would be happy all thanks to this.

Don't get excited I'm not retiring or anything just saying this is BIG to me.

If you ever had a dream you thought you could never realize come to Philadelphia!

Time to rant

First of all this is coming from my phone so if predict a text takes over just play along.

As some of you know I was in beautiful Los Angels this weekend for DCW. I had a great time, the staff, fans and wrestlers were all awesome and I hope I can come back again.

But....

The travel, not so awesome. The first leg of my three part journey was great. I was on southwest and boarding group B (S) on a full flight so had no hopes for a good seat. Apon boarding a large gentleman asked if I wanted the window seat in his isle because he was isle and bought two tickets for the extra room he required. I was pumped because he was like 3rd row and I like getting of the plane quick.

Happily I settled in and off we went!

The flight itself was in eventful, along with the layover and part two.

Onto part three and the ISSUE. Full flight again no worries I was in a good front isle seat and the last leg was under two hours. Enter a LARGE woman who asked if the center seat was taken. It was not so happily I got up and let her in not realizing how great her size was.

She needed the arm rest up to fit into the space provided. I don't want to be a jerk or make a sceen so I politely squeezed into the remanded of my seat. As I sat there fuming that one I had no place to rest my arm and two that now 1/3 of my provided and paid for space was now being occupied I wondered who's responsibility it was?

I felt bad complaining so I didn't but made sure to give my most oblivious " I'M SO UNCOMFORTABLE" face every time the stewards passed.

NOTHING!

I understand its a sensitive situation and no one wants to be the bad guy (except Razor Ramon) but really. Someone needs to step up and say "hey...you need two seats"!

Wow do I have a lot to update you guys on so stay tuned!

I'm not confident I'll be able to deliver a blog before heading out for shimmer but I'll try.

Four hours of sleep,

Flight, three hour car ride, wrestle, two hour car ride, four hours of sleep, cardio, three hour car ride, wrestle, flight. All worth it the choke the BDK out of my life and be a part of the best events in pro wrestling.

Labor day tomorrow

Does this warrant my grocery store being closed? I suspect not! My plans include gym and watching some wrestling.

I just organized all my dvds and I have some incredible stuff! All wrestling fans should be jealous. I'll do my best to keep you informed over at twitter!

As you know

If you follow me on Twitter I'm sitting at the Atlanta airport. I had a few great suggestions of things to do like eat, roundhouse kick people or play games. All will only hold my attention or keep me occupied for 20 min max. I decided to be productive and write a blog!

It's been awhile so I wouldn't even know where to start on catching you up so let's just talk about what's happening now. This very moment not much...just trying to stay out of conversations with friendly strangers also charging their phones.

Wrestling has been kicking my butt in a good way. I'm enjoying trying and doing new things and hopefully that will all continue. I think with anything you do a lot of your feelings about it waver right now I'm on a wrestling high!

Personally things are going great too. My training has been kicked up and my diet has been changing so that keeps me on my toes and interested. It's a little stressful being on the road and trying to hit my diet numbers but I'm working it out and finding new tricks. I used to be worried about traveling with hard boiled eggs but discovered they are good for a few days without being refrigerated! GREAT NEWS RIGHT?

Speaking of great news I am now a proud gold card member at Starbucks! Maybe some of you are shocked this is new for me and really I should have had it a long time ago but I didn't.

I feel this blog can not go on anymore and I must immediately find a Starbucks so that's going to happen.

What a weekend

So much can be said about the awesomeness that was this weekend but all I really want to say is Thank You.

I got to meet legends, catch up with old friends and made a few new ones.

I was fortunate enough to have a huge mob of people behind and believe and me and that support was overwhelming. I'm not sure I will ever have a moment like that again so thank you to those who came and supported live!

Thank you to  those that will support later today when CHIKARASAURAS REX comes out on DVD at  Smart Mark.

While I wait

For 4 hours at the Cleveland airport I figured I could be productive. So here I am, let me communicate first how dumb this delay is considering the flight is only 30 min! It's a situation like this that makes me happy I pack all my own food. I'll just keep my fingers crossed my chicken will still be good tomorrow... if I should fall violently ill we all will know the reason.

Yesterday when WE took center stage I had just about zero time to process everything. It wasn't until this morning that I could look back and really reflect on the events. First I am so blessed an honored that ROH gave (and will again today give) the fans women's WRESTLING! I was really proud of the effort Serena and I gave and even though we lost I think we won.

Onto the Kings.... What a year! A full year as ROH tag champs, I am so proud of them. What an exciting match with wgtt..it just goes to show everything is done for a reason. When other companies think tag wrestling is dead we get to go out and shut them up!

This past month of wrestling has really inspired, motivated and brought my passion back so thank you to everyone involved!

Shimmer day one down

With 1.5 hours of sleep driving me I bring you my quick recap of yesterdays event.

And my battery is about to die.

In under 2 hours I will be heading into NYC for ROH..if last nights show was a warm up you all are in for a real treat! Plymouth, Ma got a red hot show, dare I say one of the best in the past 3 years.

While today is a great/stacked day for Pro Wrestling and MMA enjoy the entertainment but keep the people of Japan in your hearts.

Super Bowl Sunday!

One of my favorite Sundays of the year! I used to be really into football..the 49ers specifically but like most things when I started wrestling I lost interest. Be being a West Coast girl I remember this being an afternoon event so I was a little disappointed to find out the game doesn't start till 6:30.

Most of my disappointment I must admit comes from having to wait for the snacks I'm planning on making. I'll live though and this way my afternoon is free to get a pedicure and see the Black Swan.

I made it to see The Fighter and loved it!

Not much more going on for the rest of the week, just typical training and maybe I'll start on a new dvd..

It's the day before Christmas and I like most are excited beyond belief. I can't believe how quick the end of the year came, looking back it has been one fine year.

Thanks to all of you for the support and encouragement not just to me but independent wrestling everywhere. I promise BIG things in 2011.

I should recap last weeks ROH IPPV event...like I said if you missed it you missed out. Four of the most talented girls around given the freedom to just go out and entertain and I think we did that. I have always been proud to be with ROH but in the last few month I could not be prouder (if that's a word). Even though I murdered chicks left and right none have felt my furry more than Daizee  and she keeps coming back. I'm not sure I would have the guts but I look forward to the next chapter and seeing how we fit in.

The kiss.....papa Briscoe is lucky I have a thing for old people! Only the second time someone dared to kiss me in a ring (the first is still eating through a tube). I will say the most insulting part of the ordeal was being thrown out after. I guess that's what a one night stand feels like.

My cardio is just about done so here's wishing you and your families a Merry Christmas and happy New Years!

Update on an update

Is today the day to blog? Maybe, I was all set to write a little something and I guess that's what I'm doing but this morning I did an interview that got me all typed out.

I have this strange burst of energy now though and should spend it at the gym. So I am off but if I have anything left I'll type up some of my happenings later on this afternoon.

The countdown continues…..I’m starting to get excited. Thank you to everyone who has already sent nice things and kind works I have decided I am stoked to be 30! I want the celebration to start today..I guess I can make that happen…celebration party of one! I have never been more pumped so far out, not sure that even made sense but you know what I mean. I need to change the subject though because it’s not even 9 in the morning and I am getting WAY to excited.

 

Speaking of it being so freakin early, you might ask yourself why I am up on one of my very rare weekends off. Well, you’ll have to take that up with my cat. He insisted 7:30 was the time to play and once I open my eyes and see sunlight I am ready to go. I am not thrilled about this so after minimal attention and grooming for the cat I am here on the computer. The past few days I’ve made a conscience effort to not go online but for no reason other than being lazy..not sure what I was thinking or why I needed to rebel but I did and now I’m paying for it…I had tons of catching up to do.

Most important in my time away from the computer I was able to watch more Las Vegas…and more of Tom Selleck’s mustache! Man, that’s a good one! Is it me or would he have been a FANTASTIC James Bond?

  

I will leave you all with that thought..oh and Wegman's is the very best grocery store ever!
