Huge task
In recapping this amazing weekend but I will try. First off I failed at taking pictures..Claudio did succeed in taking tons of video footage though and a new cafe should be up soon!
Lets start with last Wednesday when Claudio and I headed out to Dayton to meet up with Hero. The trip was very enjoyable because as you can imagine CC is hilarious and we share the same fondness for Starbucks and 80’s music. Not to much to tell there so moving onto Thursday after picking up the other King we were off to Louisville and in search of a gym. Again more hilariousness and good times! We eventually made it with tons of time to spare and were hooked up with a free gym pass to Louisville athletic club. This gym was AWESOME! It had everything anyone would ever want in a gym and more…it had machines I had never seen before and HAD to try out. The Kings and I all took turns doing various exercises on this vibrating platform machine that was all sorts of fun. After a quick shower and a run in with Nova..yes that Nova we were off to the Davis Arena. The show was great and I got to see some friends I had not seen in years so I had a blast!
After a quick dinner of Salmon, my favorite food to order at real restaurant (not like Denny’s a fake restaurant) we were off to sleep. Friday morning came and we had a long drive to Collinsville and wanted to hit up the Athletic club again so we got an early start on the day. I got a good functional workout in and we were off.
This was my first time in Collinsville and I was really excited for the match so the day just flew by.The building was right down the street from a happy place though so CC and I partook in some free Wi-Fi and the bold roast of the day.
No match details of specifics I can remember but if you purchase the DVD and want to chat we can do that :)
After the show the Royal car decided to drive to Chicago and beat the heat…and traffic. I slept most of the way and about 100 miles out the guys decided to do the same. After checking 7 different hotels we finally found a suitable one. *Side note I REALLY love it when hotels have refrigerators and microwaves in the room…this should be standard!
In the morning we decided to head into Chicago early and thank goodness we did because as some of you know parts of Chicago were flooded. Of course these were the parts we needed to drive through. What should have taken us about an hour ended up taking us 5. I was happy to be driving because I feel if CC had the wheel he would have lost his mind even more. Chris and I just laughed and poked fun at Claudio ( this might have added to his frustration but it was so funny). We made it through the water and eventually to the building and again the time just flew by. After setting into a spot, saying your Hello’s, chit chatting, going to the bathroom and eating it is time to get ready. After my match I was so looking forward to showering and getting in my pjs for the trip home but this was not meant to be…The Kings being as Awesome as they are on semi main and needed my support ringside. Finally it was time to get clean and comfy and I was looking forward to the trip home and the CHIKARA event Sunday.
After sleeping most of the night I took the morning shift and shaved off 30 min to our eta..yes I was very proud of myself. I made it home in time to hit the grocery store, cook for the day, re pack and shower. Then off again for CHIKARASOURAS Rex! True to form once at the building the day FLEW by. Same drill as before…settle into a spot, say hello’s, chit chat, eat and time to get ready! let me just say I really LOVE the CHIKARA fans..even if they are booing me. They just have a positive energy like no other!
like you would expect from the KING of SHOW it was an huge event and is already out on DVD through Smart Mark Video!
Sunday I again got my favorite Salmon meal for dinner and this time from my favorite place to get Salmon….Chilies! It is the absolute best I would eat it all day everyday if I could.
And that folks was my weekend!
Talk to you soon!

I must admit I am doing a horrible job taking pictures to share with you but will try to snap a few today!
Hope to see some of you soon!

Getting off the Whey
So I decided to not use Whey protein anymore. I have no other dairy in my diet…I even took out my splash of Soy milk in my Starbucks!
Why you ask??? Just seeing how I can tweak my diet and how my body responds. In the past few weeks my trainer has shuffled some stuff around like no fruit in my last two meals and I decided to take out as much processed foods as possible…Sorry tortillas that means you! I only use one scoop of protein powder in my first meal of the day but that could be cleaned up.
I wanted to try rice protein but heard it is not very good and pretty expensive so while shopping yesterday I ran into GNC to see what they has to offer. I found a wheat protein that was cheap enough to give a try ( it also had decent nutritional value). This morning I mixed it in with my oatmeal and it wasn’t half bad. I still need to get it cleared with my trainer but I think I can deal with it for now.
That's all the updating I have for you today, I have a lot of running around to do since I am planning on leaving for Louisville tomorrow.
Would anyone be interested in a picture diary of the trip?
Have a wonderful Tuesday!!

Wrestling portion is done
And now a few days at the beach! While on my way to said beach I thought I would do a little update...
Friday night I wrestled the one and only Allison Danger. Match was fun and I got to beat up a buddy so that is always fun. The real story is the amazing hotel we stayed in. I so forgot to take pictures but it had some of the most classy wallpaper I have ever seen you'll have to trust me in that one. That alone could not make this hotel amazing nor could the two yes two toilet paper rolls mounted to the wall right on top of each other...what? No the "amazing" came from the mini fridge! There is something about a mini fridge while on the road that beightens my world. I was able to keep all my food cool AND re-freeze my ice packs.
The next day with time to kill Danger and I took in a good old matinee..before I tell you what we saw let me say don't judge me...
We saw Eclipse and I really enjoyed it. I was not a fan of the second so was not sure is they could catch my interest again but they did it!
After a quick bite we were off to the show for the reunion of The Dangerous Angles! The show was fun, again I was happy with the match and the 250 lb woman why tried to fight Danger as we left. Good times!
Next on the agenda was Arena Chicks and after 3 matches I was ready for some World Cup. I found the game a little boring and going in I did not want Spain to win but they really fought for that goal and I was happy for them. I can't believe It's over...it seems like just last week it started oh well they found a new fan and I will just be that much more pumped for 2014.
Hope yall had a great weekend!
( I'm in the south yall is allowed )

Its the 4th of July!
I wish I was going to a BBQ or something…..I really didn't even realize it was a holiday until the guy at my gym let me know they would be closing early today. Oh well I will still be able to get my workout in and yesterday was the last of a 5 day all natural cleanse so I think its best if I don’t go wild and eat a bunch of BBQ crap.
I am so happy to have protein powder and Crystal Light back in my life! I have a new favorite flavor…
Last night I ventured to the Jersey Shore and upon arrival I was stunned at how pretty it was..I took part in the TNA house show as many of you know…. a big thank you to everyone that came out. It was an awesome atmosphere and even though I was not victorious the JAPW Women's title was not on the line so I am still a champion :)
Upon departure from the shore I was blown away at just how real the scenes from TV are…every other person I saw could have been Snooki! It was quite the experience…
I made a mad dash home hoping to catch the last of UFC 116 but failed. I did make it home in time for the Carwin/Lesnar fight to still be available on youtube so I got to see the good stuff anyways…anyone else surprised with the outcome? I would not have predicted that finish but that is what I like about MMA you just never know…anything can happen!
Well folk I guess that's it for now…
I hope everyone has a happy and safe 4th!
