Sorry!
I really have been busy though...
Ever since my birthday it just seems as time has flown by. I can't believe Christmas is over and New Years is so soon. Oh 2009 you were good to me!!!!
Anyone else curious as to what 2010 will bring?
I still have a ton of projects I want to finish and hopefully the new year will bring wrestling so lets all keep our fingers crossed.
I know my first blog in over a month should be a bit more lengthy but I need to get to the gym before this energy wears off...I promise to have a better, longer and funnier blog out within the next two weeks complete with pictures!!!!!
Peace

House guests
So here is my quick update... Training has been going incredibly well. I have been able to keep my gym and cardio sessions normal. I am keeping my fingers crossed that it does not rain tomorrow so I can make it to the track because my dumb gym is closed on Thanksgiving. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that one big day that people would want to get a workout in before stuffing themselves?????
Wrestling has been great as well I made it through another title defense at Jersey All Pro!
Diet has been so so..I got the most delicious pumpkin brownie cheesecake for my birthday and that started me on the slippery slope of tasting sweets. The next day I indulged in Saltine cookies (WOW), Chocolate cake and 2 bowls of cocoa pebbles...I confessed to my trainer and she said not to worry so I'm not! I think slip ups like that are good for you..it refreshed my attitude and focus so whatever...now I must make it through Thanksgiving!!!
I finally finished the reunion of the real housewife of Atlanta and it was drama free..BOOOOOO! Don't they know why we watch the show???? We were all treated to a horrible performance of tardy for the party so overall not a bad show.
Wrestling wise I'm watching the best matches of 2008, I am almost through and can't wait to see what makes it on 2009's.
Hope everyone has a happy safe and delicious holiday...Talk to you soon

What's Up!
Not much going on this past week...but as I promised my Matsa I would post a blog! Speaking of my Matsa I am verry happy to report she meet up with her high schhol boyfriend and had a very enjoyable mid afternoon date....This is so blog worthy because I am super excited and think it is so cute that two people who dated when they were kids meet up again some 20 years later.
Halloween was my sisters birthday but I did not get to celebrate much besides a quick call and a card! I did decide since I would be home I should buy some candy for the kids...bad idea..I only got 3 knocks on the door and know have loads of chocolate left that I refuse to eat. The only place I really go around town is to the gym and something deep down inside of me I bad about bringing the extra candy to the gym. Oh well I am sure I can figure it out!
I have been working on some new gear for SHIMMER so keep your eyes out for that!
I also got my new workout for the month and can't wait to start today! Like some of you may remember I had 4 days of legs last month and yeah you guessed it this month same thing! Should be fun!!!!
Today I have big plans besides starting my new workout I get to go grocery shopping!!! Why does this excite me so much???? Maybe because I am low on almond butter and get to make a new batch and love licking the bowl afterward :)
Only 11 days left till my birthday and I so can't wait My Matsa has decided to come visit!!!!!
My last goal for the week will be finding time alone to watch the Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion...I have a busy week with ROH tv tapings, ROH in Edison, SHIMMER and my new training but I will do my best to squeeze it in.
Speaking of television programs did I ever mention how much I love morning TV programming....I am all set from 9-1 first Live with Regis and Kelly then The Rachel Ray Show, The View and rounded out with What not to Wear!
Last TV note....Go Phillies!
That's it for now..Hope to see some of you this weekend!

Taking my updates more serious!
I have a few updates since the last time I posted so here goes...
For those of you that missed it I did a fun interview with Bryan Alvarez on Figure Four Daily news at the begining of the month...Check it out..it's not to late..
http://media001.f4wonline.com/dmdocuments/101309daily.mp3
Also Lance Storm was nice enough to watch and review Shimmer Volume 23! He had some awesome stuff to say and hopefully will review more so keep checking for his blogs and even if he doesn't review Shimmer his blogs are highly entertaining so check them out anyways.
http://www.stormwrestling.com/101709.html
I watched some All Japan Womens Classics at the beginning of the week and I forgot how much I LOVE that time in womens wrestling. All the girls were so technically good and passionate about the sport....It is really motivating to see. For those of you that don't know they just go out at 2,000% and fight it's awesome. I have decided to watch at least one match before each of my matches to pump myself up..look out world..you should be scared.
My last update will be on my feelings...yeah that's right my feelings....Like I mentioned before this is the first season of Ultimate Fighter I have watched and after he first episode I LOVED Rampage and was a little ehh on Rashad. After last night I realized my feelings have completely changed. I still think Rampage is funny but ehh and Rashad is the man! I like that he ALWAYS trains with his guys and I think that is one of the main reasons his team is doing so well. I also really like the way before the fight he builds his guys up..he's just the MAN!
Ok that's all for now hope everyone has a happy and healthy week!

October week one
Last Saturday I wrestled as many of you already know for RCW in MD. I love these shows...The talent roster is fantastic and the shows are ran so well if you have not already checked it out give it a try...Anyways I found myself successful in my match vs. Daizee Haze and that is always a treat!!! Go me!!
The highlight of the night you ask????? Well it could have been meeting Tommy Dreamer, or scoring free coffee by hanging out near Claudio when a fan offered him Starbucks, or attempting to snap mare the guy who loves snap mares..but the real highlight was the shower afterward. This shower was so great..hot water and a full and steady stream of it! This excites me so much because I had a 4 hour drive home and not getting to shower after matches is one of the things I hate most about wrestling. So not only was I victorious but I was clean! Score and score!
The rest of the weekend was pretty uneventful besides Sunday night dinner at my favorite Italian restaurant..yum yum.
This week I started a new workout and it is pretty fantastic. I have three days of legs!! Yeah thats right THREE. The last few months I have had total body workouts so dedicating an entire session to legs has been killing me..in a good way. I also decided to change up my cardio a little are took the past two weeks off all my classes and just did interval training and some sprints at the track. It has been a fun little experiment but I really miss my kickboxing class so I think next week I will work that back in.
I am almost half way through the Mildred Burke book and it is so good I wish I was alive back then! I often feel I was born in the wrong era and this is just further proof.
This weekend, actually tomorrow I am heading out to Cleavland Ohio to compete for AIW. Wish me luck everyone..not on the match itself but actually staying up to make it to the match. Bell time is 9 PM that is my usual get ready for bed time. Should be interesting!
I guess thats all for now hope everyone has a happy and healthy weekend!

Weekend of ACW
Friday morning I take a cardio kick class this session is now being shared by two instructors one is very high intensity keeps you moving the other is more relaxed and takes lots of water breaks. I like them both but was looking forward to the high intensity one because the week before was the other instructor but it was not meant to be.
So I went through the class and felt like I still had energy to burn so I went home and cleaned the house.
I have recently realized I am a neat freak it might even be a bit more serious than that but what can you do? So after doign a number on the house I was getting ready for my days travel to Maryland to preform for ACW ( Adrenaline Championship Wrestling).
I was a bit skeptical about the actual show because it seems in the past month people have gotten jolly's off promoting shows/booking talent and not actually having a show.
The show to my surprise was not only happening but one of the most professional organizations I have worked with in a while. The set up, crew, talent and promoter were all first class and I had a ton of fun!
I was not so successful in my match vs. Kylie Peirce and Roxxie Cotton but I had fun and more important I think the fans did too.
A big thank you to everyone who came out and supported ACW on their first show and I hope they have many more to come so those of you who missed out can come check it out!
Saturday was a very productive day for me I felt like I was non stop getting stuff done..unfortunately for you blogs were not on my to do list!
Sunday started very early 3:30 am to be exact..I had a 6 am flight to Texas to make.
Flight and connection all went well to my surprise because it was DELTA I was dealing with but maid to Austn and was stoked about the nights wrestling.
I was talked into stopping for some Mexican food at Baby A's...not because I didn't want it...how could I not want to eat at a restaurant that shares the same name as such a cute wrestler. My real issue was I hadf a cold and was at the phase where my taste buds were not working and I was convinced the delicious food would be wasted on me.
I was then talked into eating Jalapenos (I hate spicy food) to wake up my buds and it did the trick!!! I was able to enjoy a DELICIOUS salmon salad..Yumm I was going to take a picture but I just get so excited to eat I forget.
All full and ready for action we headed to ACW ( Anarchy Championship Wrestling) and the coolest outside wrestling venue ever! I am not exaggerating either...it was such a cool set up and atmosphere and by the time I was on it was dark and the mood was set for a beating... I ended up loosing the match to Rachel Summerlyn but I did dish out a beating and she deserved the win.
After the show while chatting at the merchandise table I was treated to a free Motorhead concert! They were playing right across the street and we could hear them clear as if we were there. It was pretty cool even though I am only familiar with the stuff they have done for WWE.
After a stop at IHOP it was time for a 3 hour nap before catching a flight home. My weekend of ACW's had come to an end and I was looking forward to getting back to my clean house and tot he gym. Delta on the other hand had different plans..I was delayed..missed my connection..re booked..delayed again and when I finally landed in Philly we had no gate to go into so we had to sit on the runway for another hour!
I will be so happy to never have to fly Delta again..I don't think that is possible but I will for sure never book my own flight with them and I suggest you don't either!
So in closing thank you to everyone who came out to either ACW I know times are hard now for a lot of people so I really really do appreciate you all for coming out and supporting pro wrestling.
Hope everyone has a happy and healthy weekend!

Last weekend
This past weekend I made my way to the great white north...thank God this time of year there was no white! What Montreal did have was a strange abundance of mini's...First I just noticed the fruits and vegetables..then it branched out to soda and even mini birds...so adorable.
Here is some of my favorite minis
Saturday morning as you guessed it I needed to workout and lucky for me the hotel had a real nice gym. They had free weights, cardio machines, stability balls and the most exciting part the guy watching the gym was a martial arts expert!
After my workout i asked him to show me some throws and things and spent about 45minutes with him and it was all sorts of awesome. He showed me some pretty cool stuff I can not wait to try out and incorporate into my wrestling.
After that I still had a few hours to kill so I went and steamed myself...yeah the hotel had a sauna too! Still having time to kill me and a few other girls decided to visit the local mall. Very ordinary as far as malls go with the highlights being a Cafe Starbucks and the worlds lamest fountain.
It was now time to go to work and work I did facing Cherry Bomb...It was a good fight but with the new knowledge from my hotel gym training I was able to pull out the victory!
All and all a very fun weekend! I was happy to have Monday off and correct my sleeping from the travels and i'm looking forward to this weeks action in Beachwood for Jersey All Pro and Nashua, New Hampshire for ChIKARA. Come Chck me out!!!

Womens wrestling
Last night I got to work the rare but beloved Thursday pro wresting show! Not only was there wrestling but also a rad carnival. Portia Perez and I charmed our way on one of the rides for free and man was it fun! It is the big swing in the middle...I screamed like a girl while Portia was cool as a cucumber..man I felt like a dork...but hey it was fun!
For those of you who have never seen the inside of a womens locker room...here it is....
