Stuff You Missed in History Class is really good, they sometimes make one topic cover 3 or 4 shows just to cover extra details or anything. Stuff Your Mom Never told You is another that I greatly enjoy- they cover topics that can relate to current events in woman's history & health, and sometimes cover men's issues as well. The great thing about both of these podcast is there are 4 shows a week and they last about 30 mins per show- which is a bonus for listening to while one is at the gym.
Art of Wrestling is always good. Any of Kevin Smith's - Smodcast is funny, so is Hollywood Babylon. The Fanboy Tollbooth, if you're into comics and wrestling.
