I’m NOT lazy

well at least today I’m not.

You wanted to know so here are my thoughts on some of the subjects you posted about…

Yes, I think Jamilia Craft has the potential to have a good future is she keep training and continues to grow. She is so young it’s impossible to judge where she's at now…. I think the key to anyone being successful is to stay hungry to learn.

WSU…its just never worked out. Between CHIKARA, ROH and JAPW my schedule is pretty full.

Thought on wrestling Mickie James on April 2nd for Remix Pro Wrestling.…I’m STOKED! She is one of my dream opponents since before she was even on TV so I am really pumped and I’m not going to be shy about saying this could be the best women's match ever. If you are in the Marietta area and you love professional wrestling you MUST come down…heck, even if your not in the area you should come. This match alone will be worth the trip!

An average training day for me starts with a light warm up on a cardio machine then lifting about four workouts per body part, I usually do two body parts a day then I finish up with some cardio. My gym has an indoor track so I usually go do some interval training for 30-45 minutes then cool down. I have been doing short Yoga sessions at night too just to get in extra stretching when I’m not doing anything.  Every training day is different though..I never repeat cardio sessions I mix it up every day. On days I have wrestling training I skip cardio at the gym and count the ring time as cardio. I don’t want to over train and I want to make sure my body gets the proper rest so when possible I take one full day off. No wrestling, No cardio and No lifting. I don’t count matches as training but on my days off I try not to do anything active.

This leads nicely into my last topic. Days off…On my days off I usually do all the normal stuff you would expect from a wrestler like grocery shopping, tanning and watching more wrestling. I also LOVE movie but have Netflix so I get to stay in the house. I LOVE LOVE LOVE being in my house. I guess that is my hobby…being home and believe me it’s a good one!

Hope you all had a fantastic weekend and talk to you soon.

Catching up

We are now ten days into the new year and I feel almost completely caught up. Caught up with what exactly ???

LIFE!

I took the week of Christmas and New Years off from the computer so needless to say I had lots of work to do. Today I got the last little bit taken care of and I feel great!

So what has been going on???? I feel so out of the loop with out Regis and Kelly. I haven't watched much TV since before the holidays…I think I was addicted. I might jump back on the TV bandwagon but for now I am enjoying some wrestling and occupying my time in other ways.

I’ve been experimenting with more vegetables but have nothing to report other than parsnips are delicious. Oh, Allison Danger did share with me a dynamite soup recipe with me that I have played around with. If you have a healthy, delicious and easy recipes you think I’ll like please pass it along.

As for my resolutions I think I am doing a pretty good job…what about you?

I’m looking forward to this weeks ROH shows and hopefully some of you will be able to make it out!

Hope all is well!!!
