It finally happened

Yes, Yes for those of you who are curious the dark cloud that was over Lufisto Vs. Sara Delrey has been lifted! Promoters have been trying to book this match for a solid 3 years but due to circumstances out of both of our hands in never happened. Finally  NCW Femmes Fatales was able to pull it off. I heard lots of great feedback from the match and the other matches that I saw were great so I hope everyone checks it out when it’s available on DVD!

Montreal was the best thing that happened to me last week, and to be specific while the wrestling was great and all the staff and performers were sweet as pie the real BEST was Jon, Leslie and Anthony coming from the states to show support! It was awesome you guys made the trip and hung out after, I know not just myself but all the girls were really happy to have your there….Even the Ninjas!

So this week I am gearing up for Iron Girls in Manchester, NH I am all stoked to be a part of this tournament and hopefully I'll go far :)

Take care all and see you soon!

Sara

Great to know that this match finally happened!
Sara, great to know that you're doing OK and you're having so much fun!

Hopefully, someday I'll move up from Brazil and I'll be able to see you wrestling!

  2. So glad that you're match against Lufisto went well and I can't wait to see it on DVD.

Jon, Leslie, and Anthony told me about you all hanging out. It was very nice of you and the girls to invite them to hang out after the show.

Can't wait to see you kick some ass at SHIMMER!

  3. Oh wow, how sweet of you! It was an incredible weekend for me as well for the same reasons. Such a great show and it was wonderful hanging out with you ladies. Good luck in NH and TNA, but I'm sure you don't need it. See you in San Antonio!

  4. Thanks for the kind words, Sara. We had a great time. I always wanted to see this match happen. If I'm not mistaken, this was the first time you and LuFisto were in the ring as opponents of any kind - not even in any tag matches. I have an A to Z DVD from 2003 where you and LuFisto team with GAMI against Ofune, Command Bolshoi, and baby A. So it's wild to think that in 7 years of working together in the same promotions there was never a one-on-one match. It was an honor that I could be there live for it.

  8. Phil,

You just show up :) I will say I am not the hang out type... it is a real rare treat for me!

  9. And here all this time I was trying to refrain from 'name dropping' you in a blog post of my own...way to 'stooge' us off, Sara!! HAha!! ; )

I would've just written you another one of my lengthy (overly, analytical wrestling-related) messages to address this issue, but we're not "friends" anymore (at least, according to MySpace)... : ( AHAha!!

P.S. Those clips of you from Supercard of Honor V were awesome!! Hopefully, "Corney" will get a clue...

    Kiz-ay Fiz-ay, Del Rey...or whatever that means! ; )
